Access and correction
If you wish to request access to or correction of your personal data held by the HKDPB, please complete the “Data Access Request Form” specified by the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data and submit it to the Data Protection Officer of the HKDPB by post or by e-mail.

When handling a data access or correction request, the HKDPB will check the identity of the requestor to ensure that the person is legally entitled to make the data access or correction request. The HKDPB has the right to charge a fee for processing of any data access request.
